All subfamilies have the same dimensions and come preassembled in lightweight, durable holders with fastening tape that makes their installation fast and easy. The HX-OSB Series family has a wide selection of beams from narrow to wide flood. Perfectly compatible with OSRAM Golden Dragon LEDs. Widely used in basketball court lighting, gymnasium lighting, badminton court lighting, volleyball court lighting, underwater lighting, outdoor landscape lighting (or lens). 95. Lens Glass: 36mm Borosilicate Glass Lens This 36mm borosilicate glass lens (focal length 75mm) features high thermal shock resistance, suitable for high-temperature applications (up to 300°C). The convex design (4mm thickness) focuses light for ovens, furnaces, or industrial sensors. Technical specs: 99% light transmittance, chemical resistance, and ±0.1mm dimensional accuracy. 96. Potassium Bromide: KBr Optical Window A potassium bromide (KBr) optical window (50mm x 50mm x 5mm) transmits infrared light (2-25μm), ideal for FTIR spectroscopy or thermal imaging. The hygroscopic material requires dry storage, with 90% IR transmittance. Technical specs: 1/10 wave surface flatness, anti-static coating, and compatibility with vacuum systems.

The Hongxuan(Shenzhen Hongxuan Optoelectronic Technology Co.,Ltd) lens offers low-profile lenses specifically designed for the Luxeon LEDs, OSRAM LEDs ,Bridgelux LEDs or Seoul LEDs,Cree LEDs. A software-optimized aspheric profile enables the generation of several different beam output patterns:narrow,medium,elliptical and wides beams. The high collection efficiency reaches 85% of the total flux emitted by the LEDs. Lens holders are available in white or black,and provide the proper alignment the between the LEDs and the lenses,set correct distance between the lens and LED. The lens holder can be glued to the PCB to provide a secure assembly.

The LED lenses are for CREE,Lumileds,Osram,Seoul,Nichia,Bridgelux,Citizen,Prolight LEDs.and can provide street light lens,flood light lens,lighting lens,MR16 lens,Par22 lens,Par30 lens,Par38 lens,stage lighting lens,flashlight lens,hybrid light lens. These TIR optics are used to get narrow beams with smaller LED's or allow you to use the larger source LED’s and even multi chip LED's. As with the other TIR ranges, we have a number of beams to allow you to use the same size optics for a number of beam angles.
